40 original editable Canva designs for one brand, with an agreed mix of market updates, agent tips, listing and sold concepts. Includes Facebook and Instagram versions and a usage guide. Adaptations are not additional original designs.

$595 CAD plus applicable taxes. Provide editable source files, a change list, current facts and approved photos/assets. You verify facts and approve final materials. Full booklet creation and new template collections are separate projects.

Per-order preparation with no monthly fee. Select from your approved collection; confirm quantity, requirements, budget and date; authorize purchases; then assemble, wrap, package and finish each gift. Handover at the Kingston office or an arranged meeting, allowing for preparation and supplier lead times.

Requires Branded Gift Collection Setup. New research or gift concepts are separately scoped. $49 CAD per gift plus applicable taxes. Products, baskets, packaging, personalization and shipping are extra.
